Penerangan

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the booking of purchase orders (PO), monitoring delivery schedules, and processing completion requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Booking of Purchase Orders (PO):

  • Accurately enter and manage purchase orders in the system.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure all PO documentation is complete and filed appropriately.


Monitor Delivery:

  • Track delivery schedules and update relevant stakeholders on the status.
  • Communicate with suppliers and logistics teams to resolve any delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery dates and discrepancies.


Request Processing of Completion:

  • Process completion requests promptly with all necessary documentation.
  • Verify received items match PO specifications or requests.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment processing (Accounts Receivable).

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or any related field.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.


Position Details:

Location: Sun Life Centre, 5th Avenue corner Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, 1634 Metro Manila

Employment Type: 6-month contract to 1 year depending on work performance

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM

Work Setup: Full onsite

Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as an Admin Assistant under Logistic Department
