  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees and maintain employee records.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office management software.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential for high volume of tasks.
