  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and maintain office supplies.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, and manage correspondence.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management, Marketing, Office Administration, Financial Management, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 1–2 years of related experience.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including solid working knowledge of MS Word.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong time management skills and resourcefulness.
  • Able to perform productively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
