• Graduate of any 4-year course

• With at least 5 years relevant experience in office management or administration

• Willing to work on site - Makati Office


Responsibilities:

  • Staff and administrative management: Supervise and manage administrative staff. 
  • Support senior management with various administrative needs. 
  • Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees. 
  • Office operations and maintenance: Organize and maintain office procedures, layout, and condition. 
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and order more as needed. 
  • Oversee facility management, including repairs, cleaning, and security. 
  • Financial and budget management: Manage office budgets and expenses. 
  • Handle invoicing and vendor payments. 
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers. 
  • Coordination and support:Schedule meetings, appointments, and events. 
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and visitors. 
  • Coordinate with the IT department for equipment and technical needs. 
  • Support employees with office-related queries.
