Penerangan

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the assigned department to ensure that its’ objective and deadlines are met.
  • Support would mean logging, encoding, maintaining records, reproduction and filing functions to assist the internal/external customers of the department. 


Syarat-syarat

  • Graduate of a college degree in Business Administration or any similar.  
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but must have related administrative internship experience. (Non-negotiable)
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple processes and requests.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools, most importantly Microsoft Excel.  (Non-negotiable)
  • With proven good attendance and punctuality records, willing to commit to the work schedule.
  • Keen with details - able to detect wrong information based on a reference material, i.e., applicant’s ID and application form (Non-negotiable)
  • File management and administrative experience, such as filing, sorting, typing using Excel and Word an advantage.
