Penerangan

  • Handle key administrative and operational FIELD-BASED tasks to ensure efficient business processes in VISMIN, in accordance with standard procedures for customer service (SLAs) and purchasing 
  • Document meetings with minutes of the meeting, and prepare/maintain accurate documentation for customer service and purchasing activities 
  • Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and manage procurement documentation
  • Coordinate remotely with clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and client concerns proactively
  • Perform data entry and manage procurement systems or spreadsheets, as needed 
  • Facilitate compliance reports such as BIR 2303 and local permits
  • Fulfill field based tasks and travel or visit client offices as needed
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Maintain high flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and client needs


Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • With experience in purchasing and customer service.
  • Willingness to travel.
