Position: General Administration Associate (One-Day Hiring)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Have experience in administrative or clerical task is a plus.
• Can attend interviews
• Amenable to work onsite in Laguna
• Can start as soon as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prior experience in General Affairs or administrative roles is preferred.
• Oversee daily administrative operations, including facilities management, office supply monitoring, and procurement coordination.
• Organize and support company events, meetings, visa processing, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth logistics and execution.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
• Provide support for HR-related functions, including recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and maintenance of employee records and documentation
