Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Proficient in computer applications; tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Experience in clerical or administrative support work.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willing to work in Binan, Laguna
  • Can start ASAP.


Responsibilities

  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in HR activities including recruitment, on-boarding, and off boarding.
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and email communications.
  • Prepare reports, forms, and other office documents as needed.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and assist employees with basic HR-related inquiries.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
