Admin Supervisor

Onsite, Laguna

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensures the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises by proper supervision and collaboration with Security Services provider

2. Monitors surveillance equipment

3. Inspects buildings, equipment and access points and permits entry

4. Provides excellent customer services

5. Acts as a general assistant of HR/VPO/GM offices

6. Sorts and distributes incoming mails and documents and dispatches outgoing documents to respective areas

7. Prepares memos and reports related to the scope

8. Acts as receptionist and scheduler of drivers in the absence of the person-in-charge

Qualifications:

- Graduate of BS Psychology or any business-related course

- At least 2-3 years working experience
