Penerangan

  • Maintain and update technical documentation, including SOPs, guides, records, and IT policies.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the technical team.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external communications.
  • Handle inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Prepare reports and company-required documents.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks.
  • Ensure excellent client service and day-to-day customer satisfaction.
  • Promote clear, timely communication and effective team collaboration.

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Admin, or related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of admin, sales support, or tech support experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
