Requirements

  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: May require working during evenings, weekends, and holidays based on guest needs.
