  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage communication, including emails and phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain filing system and data entry.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports.
  • Assist in follow-ups and liaise with tenants and outside counsel
  • Collaborate with other team members on projects and tasks.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, with strong scheduling, time management, and data entry capabilities. Exceptional organizational skills and discretion are essential.
