Keterangan Kerja

  • Assist in the daily administrative operations of the office.
  • Maintain and organize office files and documents to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff members.
  • Support the team in project coordination and other special tasks as needed.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Experience Level: 0–1 year
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours
