Penerangan
- Monitors and coordinates daily activities, appointments and meetings
- Screens and attends to the daily communication needs (incoming/outgoing calls and documents) of the department to ensure prompt discharge of information;
- Maintain an effective records management system to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of information
- Monitors the department's budget and expenses, and processes bills for payment
- Maintains inventory of office supplies and fixed assets of the department
- Handles the department's travel requirements
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the department
Syarat-syarat
- Must have Bachelor's/College Degree in any field, preferably with Accounting background
- Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills; able to deal with the department's key stakeholders (media and government)
- Must have good analytical skills; able to prioritize assignments based on urgency
- Must be proficient in MS Office
- Must be keen on details
