3. Relatable & On-Brand Personality: Represents the brand’s values, tone, and lifestyle (e.g., energetic, trustworthy, fashionable, health-conscious, etc.).

4. Marketing/Sales Savvy: Knows how to promote a product naturally. can drive engagement, awareness, or sales (depending on the campaign goal).

5. Experience in Promotions or Events (optional but preferred): Prior experience as a promo girl/boy, event staff, or influencer is a plus.

6. Professional Appearance and Attitude: Presentable and punctual, knows how to carry the brand image with integrity.

7. Commitment & Availability: Can commit to brand events, trainings, or posting schedules.
