We are a growing food manufacturing and retail company looking for a Customer Service & Order Processing Associate to support our clients and ensure smooth order fulfillment. This role combines customer service, order processing, quotations, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, SMS, chat, and Viber
• Prepare and send quotations to customers
• Encode customer orders accurately into the order sheet/system
• Coordinate with production on stock availability
• Arrange delivery schedules and book riders/couriers
• Provide product information and assist with order details
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, admin, or logistics (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome)
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and coordinating with different teams
