Implement trade and distribution plans to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility, and pricing.
• Execute promotional activities and ensure trade marketing materials are properly displayed.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and provide regular reports.
• Support the sales team in ensuring efficient product distribution and merchandising.

Qualification Summary:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in trade, distribution, or sales operations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle (for fieldwork and area coverage).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledgeable in distribution and trade marketing execution.
• Willing to work onsite and travel within Camarines Norte and nearby areas.
