The Jr. Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Van Salesman in the day-to-day sales and distribution operations. This includes preparing sales reports, conducting inventory, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, ensuring proper stock handling, and providing excellent customer service. The role serves as training and preparation for assuming full responsibilities as a Van Salesman.

Responsibilities

• You will undergo job orientation/training and gradually learn the job of Van Salesman.
• Make the Daily Sales Report, Actual Daily Sales Report, Collection List, Weekly Van Issues, and Cash/PDC Remittance Summary. 
• Familiarize the stock pricing and Discounts.
• Assist the van salesman in conducting stock inventory. 
• See to it that the vehicle is always clean. Monitor and check whether the assigned motor vehicle is in good running condition.
• Make sure that all stocks in the van are properly handled, piled, and tacked to avoid damage. As such, you are accountable for any losses inside the van.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Management.
