Penerangan

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various HVAC systems including split-type, centralized, and ducted aircon units.
Perform regular preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance in all hospital areas, including critical zones (ICUs, operating rooms, labs, pharmacies).
Monitor, test, and adjust system controls to maintain proper temperature, humidity, and airflow, particularly in areas with infection control requirements.
Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with environmental regulations.
Respond to HVAC-related service calls promptly and ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain accurate service logs and reports for inspections, repairs, and parts used.
Ensure HVAC systems comply with hospital safety policies, Department of Health (DOH) standards, and local mechanical/electrical codes.
Coordinate with the hospital’s facilities and maintenance team for efficient repairs and installations.
Assist in emergency situations (e.g., cooling failure in high-risk patient areas).
Report any health or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.

Syarat-syarat

High school diploma or TESDA NC II in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience as an HVAC or Aircon Technician; hospital or healthcare facility experience is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance practices.
Skilled in handling refrigerants and HVAC electrical components.
Understanding of infection control and critical temperature standards in medical settings.
Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and emergencies.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment or work in confined spaces.
