• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
• Install new air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Repair and replace faulty components, including compressors, motors, and refrigerant lines
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety and industry standards
• Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken
• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to address their needs

• Formal qualification or certification in air conditioning and refrigeration
• Minimum 2 year of practical experience as an Aircon Technician (Preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance and repair
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
