  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Provide support in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and HR policies.
  • Help ensure company compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Participate in performance review processes and training initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.
  • Support other HR team members with day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience preferred; internships or administrative experience in HR are a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
