? What You’ll Do:

• Lead Application Management: Supervise a high-performing team to log, classify, prioritize, and resolve application-related issues efficiently.
• Drive Problem Management: Identify root causes, manage problem records, and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Mentor & Develop Talent: Provide training, guidance, and leadership to your team.
• Ensure SLA Compliance: Monitor service levels, track performance, and report to senior management.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to elevate service delivery.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the go-to contact for application management issues, working closely with IT and business stakeholders.

? What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in application or IT service management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation (preferred); ITIL Practitioner or Expert (a plus).
• Skills: Strong grasp of ITIL processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow.
