• Design and supervise the architectural aspects of projects to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop architectural concepts and detailed designs.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality of work on-site.
• Prepare and present architectural designs and proposals to stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion of architectural projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural building projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering (or equivalent)
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience Level: 5-8 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Phptoshop, Enscape, MS OFFICE)
• Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Working Conditions: Willingness to travel to project sites in Saudi Arabia
