Job Description ·

• Detailing of plans and specifications for new building designs, for all phases of development including Basis of Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration.·
• Research applicable design criteria, attend project meetings, communicate with members of the project team and report progress to the Architectural Designer. ·
• Provides the Designer in producing CAD drawings and renderings, as well as color boards, to develop specific and precise designs for buildings which will then be discussed with Clients.
• Actively works on high-level tasks and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Reviews shop drawings and samples to ensure drawings and finishes match specifications.
• Ensures that designs and plans are executed in actual construction.
• Monitors and evaluates the progress and status of projects.
• Evaluates and reviews the designs and plans before, during and after execution.
• Ensures proper coordination with team, consultants, and contractors, production department, Design Department and Engineering Department.
• Handles the concerns, problems and issues of the projects based on prioritization and urgency.
• Reports regularly the progress of projects and plans to department head.
• Attends meetings with clients, both internal and external.
• Take part in the creative process and creation of 3D simulations and other potential project developments that require creative design skills.
• Participate in the ideation of creative marketing strategies for products and services

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Architecture.
• Licensed Architect is preferred but not required.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the design and construction projects.
• Knowledge in Auto Cad, Sketch Up, Vray / Lumion, and Photoshop is an advantage.
• Can work alone and with minimal supervision.
• Can start ASAP.
