• Creation of architectural designs and conceptualize innovative solutions
• Provide expertise in space planning, material selection, and sustainable design practices
• Review and critique design drafts and proposals to ensure the highest level of design quality
• Produce high-quality visual presentations, including sketches, drawings, and 3D models, to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, zoning laws, and accessibility standards
• Oversee technical detailing and resolve any design-related issues during construction
• Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to assess project conditions and ensure alignment with design plans
• Understand and address client goals, providing solutions that align with their vision and constraints
• Ensure that all design work adheres to the company’s quality standards and best practices
• Identify potential risks in the design phase and collaborate with the project team to mitigate issues early
• Conduct regular project reviews to monitor progress, quality, and design integrity

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
