·        Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team, including Technical Sales Engineers and Sales Officer.

·        Monitor sales performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.

·        Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets by actively participating in business development efforts.

·        Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and client presentations.

·        Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management.

·        Identify sales process improvements and ensure proper implementation of sales procedures.

·        Support after-sales service by coordinating with the Technical and Project teams.

·        Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

·        Conduct regular sales team meetings to align on targets and share updates.

·        Provide timely feedback and reports to the Sales Manager on market trends and team performance.

·        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College degree in Electrical Engineering

·        Knowledgeable in pump & motor fundamentals and controls and/ or Renewable energy is an advantage.

·        With at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in solar energy, construction, or technical solutions; at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role

·        Experience with sales of transformers and other parts to Electric companies or with experience and connections in dealing with electric companies.

·        Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

·        Strong organizational and analytical abilities

·        Effective communication and client relationship management

·        Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

·        Knowledge of solar products and systems is an advantage

·        Willing to be trained with different product lines.

·        Preferably residing in the South (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc.)
