Sales and Marketing Supervisor - Directs and oversees the operations goals, policies and initiatives of assigned business unit. Establish a long-term client partnership and plan sales strategies. Ensures efficient and profitable operations, setting sales targets, managing inventory and pricing items. They train and supervise staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.) Implementation and Execution of the mission, vision and objective of the business and organizations

2.) Implement sales/collection strategies and action plans.

3.) Ensure compliance and systems are upheld throughout operations.

4.) Provide relevant reports to the management including sales, collections, customer and other relevant information as required by the management.

5.) Leads, Guides and trains sales personnel to achieve goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1.) With atleast 3-years experience in handling food sales particularly fresh and frozen is an advantage.

2.) Willing strong interpersonal skills, good at convincing people positively.

3.) Easy to adapt, willing to learn the business with persistence and endurance.

4.) Willing to go on different places and work on field on a regular basis especially in wet market.

5.) Willing to work at night shift to observe, learn and get feedback from clients regularly.

6.) Ability to manage numbers and analyze data. Knowledgeable in KPI as an achiever.

7.) Has sales monitoring system is an advantage.

8.) Trustworthy and values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
