Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service. This role involves monitoring sales performance, implementing sales strategies, coaching sales representatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations within assigned areas or branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams for order fulfillment and account management.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper product display and merchandising (for retail/distribution setups).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel or be assigned in different areas if required.
