Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to support acquisition and retention goals.
Prospect for new clients and grow existing accounts to generate long-term sales growth.
Conduct regular monitoring of promoters' adherence to standard uniform and the "One Look" policy.
Perform daily attendance and punctuality checks of all promoters within the assigned area. Supervise and evaluate promoter performance; create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
Develop and implement programs to help the team meet and exceed sales targets.
Support and coach brand promoters to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and provide field support.
Analyze current and emerging market trends to help inform business strategy.
Execute any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned.

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Proven experience in sales and team supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and reporting discipline.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant business tools.
Willing to travel, conduct fieldwork as required, and be assigned in Baggao, Lal-lo, Alcala, Gattaran, and Lasam.
Flexible to perform additional responsibilities as needed.
