• Oversee daily operations across multiple store or pop-up locations

• Supervise, coach, and inspire store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Ensure consistency in store presentation, service standards, and product knowledge

• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets

• Collaborate with HO teams on promotions, training, and rollout strategies

• Manage inventory levels and operational efficiency

• Travel regularly to different locations to provide in-person support, training, and performance evaluations

• Proven experience in retail operations, preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• A genuine passion for makeup and skincare trends

• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment

• Willingness to travel frequently across regions as needed

• Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays

• Roving
