As the Art Director at Straightforward, you will lead our content production, digital, e-commerce, and visual display teams to create a cohesive and elevated brand experience. You'll set the creative direction for each season, ensuring brand consistency across all channels while fostering innovation and mentoring our creative talent.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the content production, digital content, e-commerce and visual display teams to create an elevated, integrated brand experience.
• Forecast trends and set the brand's creative direction every season.
• Ensure a seamless and elevated experience for the brand across online and offline touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand consistency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop creative talent within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading creative teams in the fashion industry, with a focus on integrated brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, as well as digital and physical consumer behavior in the fashion space.
• Excellent leadership skills, particularly in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in fashion design and branding.
• Must work on-site at our San Juan, Head Office.
