THE OPPORTUNITY

Our partner, a top full-service Australian insurance brokerage, offers general insurance, finance broking, professional and financial risks, claims administration, and risk advisory services. They are seeking additional Assistant Client Executives to join their Professional & Financial Lines Team.


This team specializes in managing professional and financial risks, providing tailored insurance solutions to businesses across Australia. The company is committed to understanding its clients' needs and delivering comprehensive risk management services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Offer high-level support to all team members, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and on time.
  • Prepare client reports and premium summary templates.
  • Process new business and renewals in broking system.
  • Issue invoices and closings to clients and insurers.
  • Review policy documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Obtain premium funding quotes as required.
  • Process endorsements and amendments promptly.
  • Assist in managing debtors and follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Support the team in achieving budget targets and overall business goals.


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Prior insurance experience with a strong understanding of insurance principles.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Insight (preferred but not required).
  • Strong customer service skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects.
