We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to help drive our sales efforts and support the overall performance of the sales team.

Applicants are expected to have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, ideally in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Industry-specific experience may be required depending on the company’s focus.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication and negotiation abilities, and a talent for building and maintaining customer relationships.
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is also important.
Candidates should be well-organized, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure, and open to travel when necessary.
Knowledge of local market trends and customer behavior is a valuable asset.
