• Executes repair of customer units and dealer stocks; monitors progress until completion

• Accomplishes Service Report for assigned cases on a timely manner

• Coordinates retrieval of defective warranty parts

• Battery maintenance charging requirement

• Basic assemble/disassemble of unit

• Basic troubleshooting skills

Requirements:

• With at least 6 months experience (E-bike experience is an advantage)

• Willing to work on field

• Can work under pressure

• Can drive motorcycle (have own motor is an advantage)

• With driver's license
