1. Oversee the full operations of the Body Repair and Paint section, ensuring repair quality and service efficiency.
2. Supervise body and paint technicians, monitor repair processes, and maintain productivity levels.
3. Handle insurance claims processing-including documentation, approvals, coordination with adjusters, and follow ups with insurance providers.
4. Manage warranty-related repairs, ensuring proper documentation and manufacturer compliance.
5. Coordinate with banks and partner institution for insurance and repair approvals related to financed vehicles.
6. Ensure accurate cost estimates, repair timelines, and customer communication.
7. Monitor inventory of BRP supplies and ensure proper usage and ordering.
8. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service quality and timely updates.
9. Implement safety and quality control procedures in the workshop.
10. Prepare regular performance and financial reports for management.
11. Handle customer concerns and complaints related to BRP services, offering timely and professional resolution.
12. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.

Job Requirements

1. Graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2. Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in BRP management within an automotive dealership.
3. Good knowledge of automotive repair processes, paint systems, and technical issues.
4. With strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
5. Organized, detail oriented and can handle pressure.
6. Well versed in MS Office and other automotive service software.
