Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Create and implement automated systems and processes for manufacturing, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Programming: Develop and maintain PLC programs and HMI configurations for various equipment.
• Robotics & Pneumatics: Integrate multi-axis robotic systems and pneumatic components into production processes.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless operation of automated systems with existing production equipment.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Global Collaboration: Work with teams in Europe and Canada to align automation strategies and share best practices.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance and resolve issues to minimize production disruptions.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for automated systems, including schematics and user manuals.
• Training: Provide support and training to production staff on automated systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing automated systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI development, and automation software.
• Strong understanding of multi-axis robotic systems, pneumatics, and industrial control systems.
• Experience with CAD software for designing automated systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
