The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Senior Specialist will support senior team members in the design, development, testing, configuration, and implementation of software applications, with a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure automation solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Application Software Management

• Participate in discussions with business and technical stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze user requirements.
• Support programming activities by following established coding standards and secure coding principles.
• Assist in solution design, development, testing, configuration, and implementation of applications and automation solutions.
• Perform static analysis to assess design quality and identify potential improvements.
• Assist in developing test plans and test cases, and identify stakeholders involved in testing activities.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate test execution results and user feedback.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (including RPA) to enhance system performance and functionality.
• Maintain and update scripts to accommodate changing business requirements or system implementations.

Application Software Release & Support

• Support software release activities, including deployment of application versions and new features.
• Assist in training end users on application usage and enhancement features.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Solution Delivery Process Guide (SDPG) and organizational policies and operating manuals.
• Documentation, Reporting, Insights & Analytics
• Prepare and maintain requirements documentation, interface descriptions, and functional and non-functional specifications.
• Document software architecture, application design processes, component integration, testing guidelines, and results.
• Generate reports and insights for stakeholders as requested.
• Participate in internal and external compliance audits, including preparation of audit materials and participation in interviews when required.

Vendors & Sub-Contractors Management

• Participate in review sessions with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage the delivery of assigned coding and development tasks through vendors and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development using Python, Flask, Django, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) for scalable application deployment.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment, including integration into web applications.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and working solutions.
• Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership, covering business analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Proficient in Git and familiar with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with business users and internal teams.
• Team-oriented, able to collaborate effectively while also working independently on assigned projects.
