DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Receives and entertain customers at the Service Reception counter.

2. Perform initial diagnosing, road testing, and vehicle walk around and check listing of his own unit/s to be received.

3. Writes down legibly and clearly customers job request on the repair order with all the information’s necessary.

4. Merchandise additional services, parts and accessories to customers.

5. Explain all jobs to be done the labor, parts, materials and supplies charges and an estimated time of repair completion.

6. Monitors work progress and give updates/status of repair to customers.

7. Conducting on vehicle inspection confirming completion of repairs as well as vehicle cleanliness.

8. Explain job performed on the vehicle to the customers.

9. Conducting on vehicle inspection confirming completion of repairs as well as vehicle cleanliness inside/out.

10. Explain job performed on the vehicle to the customers showing quality of work done.

11. Guide or assists customer at the cashier’s office for payment.

12. Advises customers regarding future repairs and next preventive maintenance check-up.

13. Evaluates simple warranty concerns and problems.

14. Resolve and satisfies all customer complaints.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Marketing or any related course.
• With experience in the same position is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to work in Fairview, Quezon City.
