The AV Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of all audio-visual (AV) systems and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, projectors, sound systems, microphones, video conferencing tools, LED screens, and other multimedia devices. The role ensures that all AV systems are functioning efficiently to support meetings, events, and day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on AV systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during meetings, presentations, and events.
• Repair and replace faulty equipment and parts as needed.
• Coordinate with IT and Facilities teams to ensure seamless integration of AV systems.
• Maintain inventory of AV equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities and recommend upgrades when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies in all AV-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Technical or vocational course in Electronics, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience in operating and maintaining AV equipment and systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during live events.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle equipment setup and installation.
