• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and equipment operator’s certification.
• Knowledge of safety practices and construction procedures.

Key Responsibilities: Backhoe Operator

• Operate backhoe and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently for excavation and loading tasks.
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
• Excavate, grade, and move earth or materials according to project specifications.
• Follow site plans, safety rules, and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform minor maintenance or adjustments on equipment as needed.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and report any mechanical issues promptly.
