Ensuring that the food items are stocked properly in refrigerators and freezers
Maintaining proper hygiene standards and ensuring that the workstation remains clean at all times
Accepting deliveries of food items and maintaining a stock record of the same

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
Willing to be trained and willingness to continue learning about savory dishes and pastry preparation
Must be familiar with various pastry techniques and equipment
Must be able to work under pressure (ability to multitask and prioritize tasks).
Exceptional listening and communication skills.
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work around peak hours, including nights (if needed), early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be creative to think of new pastry products for seasonal menus.
Must know how to budget ingredients and ensure maximum output for profit.
Must be knowledgeable and skilled to improvise.
Be able to create and decorate pastries, baked goods, and confections consistently and in accordance to the brand’s standard.
