Responsibilities: 1. Gain a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain markets, monitoring industry developments and emerging trends. 2. Assess the technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects of prospective projects to ensure quality and compliance. 3. Establish and maintain contact with project teams, conduct initial communications, and collect and organize project data. 4. Coordinate internal teams to perform project due diligence, ensuring seamless progress. 5. Negotiate listing terms with project stakeholders and finalize collaboration agreements. 6. Track the development and market performance of listed projects, providing ongoing support to project teams. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, computer science, or related fields; overseas study experience preferred. 2. At least 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, with extensive project evaluation and listing experience. 3. In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies; familiarity with major cryptocurrencies and market dynamics. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. 5. Strong analytical and judgment capabilities; able to rapidly assess project risks and potential. 6. Proficiency in English for oral and written communication; cross-cultural communication skills preferred. 7. Proactive mindset, strong team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility. BD scope includes, but is not limited to: paid listings, airdrop listings, KOL agency partnerships, media resource collaborations, etc. Mandatory Requirements: 1. Ability to use English as a working language. 2. Proven track record of successfully listing projects on other exchanges, with existing project resources. 3. Agency or brokerage resources preferred.
