Position: Business development manager

Work location: McKinley, Taguig City

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Salary: Negotiable depending on years of working experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• With atleast 10–12 years of experience in sales management, business development in industries
• Experience working in SaaS, fintech, BPO, software
• Amenable to work on-site
• Willing to go to an in-person interview once requested

Responsibilities:

• Plot the country's business districts' HR and payroll supply and demand
• Promote and sell HR payroll services of the company
• Give management a quantitative examination of business and operational data
• Continue to do business with current clients
• Other tasks as assigned
