Responsibilities

1. Beauty Equipment Operation

• Operate various beauty machines (training will be provided if you have no experience)

• Follow proper handling and safety procedures for all equipment

• Ensure machines are properly cleaned and maintained after use

2. Customer Service & Client Assistance

• Greet clients warmly and assist them upon entering the showroom

• Explain basic procedures and services clearly

• Help guide clients throughout their visit to ensure a positive experience

3. Online Customer Support

• Reply professionally to customer inquiries on Facebook

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and appointments

• Maintain friendly and prompt communication

4. Sales & Showroom Assistance

• Assist in recommending suitable beauty services or products

• Support showroom operations, such as maintaining cleanliness and organizing equipment

5. General Support

• Help the team with daily tasks in the shop

• Perform basic administrative duties when needed

Job Requirements

• Language: Must speak English well

• Education: No specific degree required

• Skills & Qualities:

1. Willing to learn beauty equipment operation
2. Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented
3. Responsible and hardworking
4. Can work long hours (12-hour shift)
5. Can follow instructions and maintain cleanliness in the workplace
6. Good communication skills for both in-person and online customer interactions

• Experience:

Beauty-related experience is a plus but not required

Familiarity with customer service or Facebook messaging is an advantage
