Position Summary:

The Beauty Ambassador is responsible for promoting and selling beauty products while providing excellent customer service to customers. This role requires strong product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and the ability to create a positive and engaging shopping experience. The Beauty Ambassador must be approachable, well-presented, and able to represent the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and demonstrate beauty and skincare products to customers

• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance

• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and organization in the assigned area

• Monitor inventory levels, restock items, and ensure accuracy in product handling

• Provide accurate product information, usage guidance, and recommendations

• Process transactions if required and ensure proper documentation

• Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat sales

Qualifications / Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience handling beauty or cosmetic products

• Strong sales skills and excellent customer service

• Pleasing personality, well-groomed, and approachable

• With a good work history (attendance, punctuality, attitude)

• Committed and responsible in fulfilling job duties

• No existing iTime account

• Financially capable to process pre-employment requirements (Medical, Health Certificate, Mayor’s Permit, NBI)
