• Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct model reviews and implement necessary revisions.
• Provide technical support for BIM software and tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.

Graduate of any course of the following:

BS in Architecture

BS in Civil Engineering

BS in Electrical Engineering

BS in Mechanical Engineering

Have at least 3-4 years experience for the Revit Shop drawing, Engineering and Architectural/ Drafting Technology.

• Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in BIM software, REVIT, AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and CAD.
• Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may involve site visits.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
