The Service Engineer (SE) will provide all services related to medical devices and medical device systems assigned and requested by clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide consistent, on-time delivery of complete and properly functioning equipment to customers

2. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance services to all hospitals with equipment installations.

3. Perform repairs, adjustments and calibrations to all equipment as requested by customers

4. Accomplishes and submits on-time and accurate service reports to customers and to Service Engineer Team Leader/Head Service Engineer

5. Ensures all medical equipment are properly maintained and checked before use in product demonstrations

6. Coordinates and assists the Sales and Marketing team in the conduct of product demos

7. Provide training for end-users as well as in-house personnel in the proper use and care of the equipment's

8. Confers with supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests related to biomedical services

9. Suggests appropriate and most suitable equipment structure and levels to ensure safe transport and proper storage of all equipment

10. Ensures KPI-key performance indicators and performance targets are met

Performs other technical service related task mandated by management
