• Reporting: Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.
• Staff management: Manage and motivate a team, which may include handling 20+ people in roles such as deliveries, warehousemen, and encoders.
• Policy implementation: Strictly implement company policies and procedures.
• College graduate
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales and operations.
