Supports daily branch functions by processing transactions (deposits, loans, clearing), handling administrative tasks (reports, records, supplies), ensuring compliance with policies, and assisting customers, all while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication to keep operations smooth and efficient. 

Responsibilities:

• Transaction Processing: Handle deposits, withdrawals, loan processing, money transfers, and check clearing. 
• Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, update databases, and maintain accurate files and documents. 
• Reporting: Generate daily transaction reports, balance books, and prepare presentations. 
• Customer Service: Assist customers with banking needs, answer inquiries, and potentially cross-sell products. 
• Compliance & Security: Enforce bank policies, protect client data, and ensure adherence to regulations. 
• Operational Support: Order supplies, reconcile accounts, and help develop best practices.
