Position Title: Branch Supervisor

Branch Assignment: La loma, Bulacan

• Inspects the CCTV every day to ensure that it is online and perfectly working.
• Monitors the attendance of all Drop Point employees, which includes absences, tardiness, and leaves; reports to area HR the employee location AWOL or resignations.
• Devises ways to speed up operations in Drop Point.
• Motivate/coach employees.
• Coordinates the collaboration of each personnel in Drop Point.
• Does regular weekly meeting for the following purposes:
• Resolving problems such as:
• Pending VIP and Shopee pick-up
• Regularly does the Drop Point situation report for submission to the Area Manager.
• Discusses with Sprinter TL the area assignment of each sprinter.
• Maintains good relationship with clients and VIP accounts.
• Organizes daily workflow and ensures that Branch Admins and Sprinters understand their duties/tasks.
• Monitors the pick-up packages details and the penalties from Quality Control.
• Cascades and implements information based on the direction and instruction from the Management through the DC Head.
• Must be present in processing damaged and suspicious parcels. The opening of parcels must be under CCTV monitoring.
• Initiates a plan to improve Drop Point performance by distributing brochures and other marketing materials.
• Monitors employee productivity and provides needed motivation.
• May be required to perform other responsibilities based on the exigencies of the operations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 2-year course.
• With at least 1 years experience in related field.
• Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce.
